Since its inception, the company has been committed to providing comprehensive property solutions, including residential and commercial sales, leasing, project marketing, investment advisory, and real estate consultancy services.

From its humble beginnings in Ampang, Selangor, CCI Realty has grown into a dynamic and expanding real estate agency with a strong presence across Peninsular Malaysia. Our headquarters is now located at 16 Sierra, Puchong, where we operate alongside our dedicated Training Centre to support the continuous development and professional growth of our real estate negotiators and consultants.

As part of our strategic expansion, the Ayer Keroh branch commenced operations in 2020, followed by the establishment of our Alor Setar branch in 2021, extending our reach to the northern region of Malaysia. Today, CCI Realty continues to strengthen its nationwide network while delivering professional real estate services to property owners, investors, developers, and homebuyers.
